Honestly this place is amazing! The staff is always so nice even if I come in last minute before closing! They all seem happy and they're always smiling. On top of that they're affordable and portions are great. I love everything I have ever eaten here!

The waitress was extremely friendly. The food was good (I ordered the jajangmyeon). But it was so warm in there that I had trouble eating. I probably also shouldn’t have ordered this on a hot day. But besides that it was very tasty.

It is the same restaurant as you get in Seoul, maybe a little less spicy.

Ever since coming back from Seoul, Korea, I always have a craving for jajangmyeon. Unfortunately, there are every few places in Edmonton that make a good version of this. When we were in Los Angeles, I was determined to have this dish at least once. While walking through Koreatown, we came upon this little restaurant. Quick Google search showed us a 4/5 star rating, so we decided to try it out. When we walked in at 4:30, the store was pretty quiet, but within 15 minutes, the restaurant started filling up. There were a lot of Koreans, so we were feeling pretty good about our choice. We ordered the jajangmyeon (noodles with black bean sauce) and jjamppong (spicy seafood soup with noodles), and we were impressed! The jajangmyeon had really amazing flavour. Great balance of sweetness from the black bean sauce and savouriness from the pork. The noodles also had a great bite to them. It definitely satisfied my craving! My husband had the jjamppong. The seafood was cooked perfectly, and the soup had just the right amount of kick to it. Absolutely delicious! The portions are huge, and for the price, I really have no complaints. Both dishes cost us less than $20! Is it better than what I had in Seoul? No. But very comparable. l would not hesitate to come back.
